Q: What does the hiring/on boarding process consist of?
A: Those selected for an interview, will receive a call from someone from our HR team. If an offer is extended and accepted, in office training is then scheduled. Final hiring steps will vary depending on position requirements.
Including but not limited to:
- Vent Training
- Meet & Greet
- Training/Shadow Shift
- PCA Competency Training
Q: What type of qualifications/requirements are needed to work for Regency?
A: RN/LPN: A valid RN or LPN nursing license is required. As well as current CPR certification.
PCA/HHA/Homemaker: No experience is required, we provide all training!
All staff: Passed Background and TB/Mantoux Test
Q: Do you hire new graduates?
A: Absolutely! New graduates are encouraged to apply! Our group home sites are very nice for new grads because there are experienced nurses that are available to assist during the shifts. There are 3-5 clients living at three separate site locations and each nurse is responsible for one client. However, all Regency staff during any shift work as a team in order to ensure the clients safety and that quality cares are being completed.

Q: What shifts/hours are available?
A: We offer a variety of shifts including days, evenings and overnights. We can accommodate those seeking a very part-time position or a full-time set schedule.
