Caitlin provides outpatient individual therapy utilizing a systematic and client-centered approach to best meet client’s unique needs. She has experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships, occupational stress​, and academic stress. She also has experience working with LGBTQ+ youth and families. Caitlin utilizes concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and mindfulness techniques. She may also utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). While the success of therapy depends on a variety of fact​ors, she believes in the power of a genuine relationship to create true and lasting change.

Caitlin has clinical experience across multiple levels of care. Caitlin has experience in Outpatient Services for all ages, Diagnostic Assessment for all ages, Intensive Outpatient Mental Health Services for adolescents, Dual Diagnosis Day Treatment for adolescents, Partial Hospital Program for adolescents, and Inpatient Admissions Coordinating for children and adolescents.

Other personal interests of Caitlin’s include traveling, learning about history, spending time with family, watching sports, listening to music, and attending concerts.

Annette Clarke, MA, LPCC

Annette provides outpatient individual therapy utilizing a client-centered approach to best meet client’s unique needs and actively engages clients in their mental health recovery and wellness. She is passionate about empowering clients and offering a supportive, judgement-free environment. She is skilled at working with diverse populations and has supervised various levels of mental health and co-occurring disorder programs. She has worked with adolescents and adults who have experienced anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, co-occurring disorders, brain injuries, serious and persistent mental illness, substance abuse, and various other mental health issues.

Annette’s personal interests include spending time with family, friends and pets, gardening, cooking/baking, biking, VR games (Supernatural and Beat Saber esp.), vacations at the beach (loves the ocean), listening to music and playing piano for enjoyment.
